Ingredients
- 10 oz chopped frozen spinach, thawed
- 7 oz Swiss chard, cooked and chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c sour cream
- Pinch nutmeg
- 1/6 t salt
- Pinch black pepper
- 2 oz shredded Cheddar
Directions
Squeeze water out of spinach and chard - I used turnip greens
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix spinach, chard, eggs, sour cream and nutmeg; season well with salt and pepper.
Put in shallow buttered baking dish. Top with cheese.
Bake 40 minutes - or less - until bubbly and browned on top.
