Cajun Pork


  • 2 t peppercorns
  • 2 T oil
  • 2 garlics
  • 2 chops
  • 4 T red wine or white wine or cider
  • 2 T cream


  1. Crush peppercorns roughly in pestle and mortar and press into chops.
  2. Crush garlic and add to oil in a shallow dish.
  3. Add chops and marinate.
  4. Heat frying pan with oil from marinade. Season chop with salt and add to pan to brown quickly on both sides. Turn heat to medium and cook 10 mins per side depending on thickness.
  5. Add wine and reduce 20 secs then add cream and serve.
