Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1.25 c flour (3/4 c white, 1/2 c whole grain)
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 3/4 t baking soda
- handful of peanuts chopped
Directions
- Cream butter, sugar and peanut butter
- Beat in egg
- Add dry ingredients and mix
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Form into one inch balls then flatten with a fork
- Bake for 10 minutes at 375F. Cool and serve.
