Ingredients
- 1.5 lb mince
- 1/4 onion
- 1 T garam masala
- 1 t coriander
- 1/2 t cumin
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t ginger
- 2 T lemon juice
Sauce:
- 1 1/2 onions
- 4 T water
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t ginger
- 1 T oil
- 1 T coriander
- 1 t cumin
- 1/2 t turmeric
- 1/2 T paprika
- 1/2 T garam masala
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 8 oz water
Directions
Combine all first ingredients and make into small balls - about 28.
Fry balls until cooked on both sides.
Blend first 4 sauce ingredients to a paste.
Heat 1 T oil and cook onion paste until liquid gone.
Add spices and cook 5 mins.
Add tomatoes and water and simmer 10 minutes.
Add meatballs and simmer 1/2 hour.
