Ingredients
- 10 oz boneless pork loin cut thin
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 t oil
- chopped green pepper
- sliced carrots
- pinch black pepper
- 1/8 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 2 t hoisin sauce
Directions
- Heat oil and stir fry pork, then add onions, carrots and peppers for 5 mins.
- Stir in dressing and hoisin.
- Fry 7 mins until carrots tender.
Note: I added green pepper and reduced amount of vinaigrette and hoisin.
