Easy Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 10 oz boneless pork loin cut thin
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 t oil
  • chopped green pepper
  • sliced carrots
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1/8 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 2 t hoisin sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oil and stir fry pork, then add onions, carrots and peppers for 5 mins.
  2. Stir in dressing and hoisin.
  3. Fry 7 mins until carrots tender.

Note: I added green pepper and reduced amount of vinaigrette and hoisin.
