Balsamic Pork Chops with Apples

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2" thick pork chops
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • oil
  • 1 apple peeled and diced
  • 1/6 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 cup chicken broth

Directions

  1. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper
  2. Cook pork in hot oil over medium high 3 to 4 mins. each side or until lightly browned
  3. Remove and keep warm
  4. Add apples and saute 5 mins.
  5. Add vinegar and broth and cook for 5 to 7 mins. stirring often - until slightly thickened
  6. Spoon over pork and serve
