Ingredients
- 2 1/2" thick pork chops
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- oil
- 1 apple peeled and diced
- 1/6 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 cup chicken broth
Directions
- Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper
- Cook pork in hot oil over medium high 3 to 4 mins. each side or until lightly browned
- Remove and keep warm
- Add apples and saute 5 mins.
- Add vinegar and broth and cook for 5 to 7 mins. stirring often - until slightly thickened
- Spoon over pork and serve
