Ingredients
- 1/2 t garlic salt
- 3/8 t pepper
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 T oil
- 1 garlic
- 1/6 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/6 cup chicken broth
- 1 tomato - chopped
- 1 T capers
Directions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper
- Cook in hot oil over medium high
- Remove
- Add garlic and saute 1 min. then add vinegar and broth
- Stir in tomatoes and capers
- Return chicken, bring to boil
- Cover, reduce heat and simmer 4 to 5 mins. until chicken done
