Chili

Ingredients

  • 8 oz mince
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup green peppers chopped
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 T chili powder

Directions

  1. Heat oil and brown meat.
  2. Add onions and peppers and cook until tender.
  3. Add beans, tomatoes, sauce and chili powder and cover and simmer for 30 mins. on low.
