Ingredients
- 1/2 c Sauternes
- 1 t orange flavoured liqueur
- 1 T sugar
- 2 peaches - ripe
Directions
- Immerse peaches in boiling water for 1 - 2 mins. until skins come off easily. Place in cold water to prevent cooking.
- Peel peaches and cut in wedges. Add sugar, Sauternes and liqueur.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, overnight okay.
- Serve cool but not cold.
