Mongolian Beef

Ingredients

  • 12 oz strips of beef - could marinate first
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 3 T soy
  • 2 T rice vinegar
  • 3 c broccoli sliced
  • 3 c peppers slice

Directions

  1. Stir fry beef. Remove to plate.
  2. Saute vegetables in oil, cover and cook 2 mins.
  3. Mix liquids and add to pan and cook 6 minutes.
  4. Add steak and cook 1 minute.
  5. Serve with rice.

Notes

Should serve 4 - try 1/2 quantities. Also subsitute onions, snow peas, carrots.
