Ingredients
- 1 T butter
- 1 lb grated cheese
- 2/3 c beer at room temp - opened
- 1 t mustard powder
- 1 t Worcestershire
- dash cayenne
- 1/4 t paprika
- 1 egg beaten
Directions
- Melt butter in a double boiler.
- Add cheese and stir until melted.
- Add beer - stirring.
- Add all except egg.
- Add egg and combine with the rest.
- Serve over toast.
