Poached Salmon


  • 1/2 c white wine
  • 1/2 c water
  • 2 salmon steaks
  • thin sliced onion
  • dill
  • parsley


Salt the salmon steaks. Boil with all except salmon. Put salmon in and reduce heat so does not boil. Cook for 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Remove from liquid and cool.
