Ingredients
- 1 T flour
- 1/2 t rosemary
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 boneless pork chops
- 1 T marg
- 1 T oil
- 1 garlic pressed
- 6 fl oz chicken stock
- 2 T balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Mix flour, rosemary, salt and pepper and coat pork.
- Melt butter and oil in a skillet and add garlic for 1 min. Add chops and cook 4 mins. on each side or until golden. Remove chops.
- Add broth and vinegar and cook until liquid is reduced.
