Ingredients
- 2 carrots sliced
- 2 cans beef broth
- 12 oz water
- 4 sauteed mushrooms chopped
- 1/2 can bamboo shoots
- 2 T sherry
- 2 T rice vinegar
- 2 T soy
- 2 t hot sauce
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 2 t thickener
- 8 oz turkey mince
Directions
- Chop everything in thin strips.
- Saute mince.
- Bring stock to boil with water and add carrots and bamboo shoots.
- Add turkey mince in small pieces then mushrooms.
- Boil for 1 minute, add seasonings and then bring back to the boil and thicken.
Notes
Better without the turkey mince.
