Ingredients
- 3 T green olives chopped
- 3 T black olives chopped (or kalamata)
- 1 t minced onion
- 1/3 t minced garlic
- 1 T roasted red peppers chopped
- 1 t parsley chopped
- 1/6 t Italian seasoning
- 4 t olive oil
- 1 t red wine vinegar
Directions
Try this for 1/2 cup
Mix and keep in glass bowl.
Use for sandwiches.

Original recipe makes 3 cups:
