Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup rice
- 8 t sugar - try - recipe had a lot more
- cream - try using half and half for whole recipe
- vanilla/almond extract 1/4 t
- pinch salt
Directions
Combine milk, raw rice, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan and simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir in a bit of vanilla or almond extract.
Can add raisins - could soak in alcohol first.
