Beef Lombardi
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb mince
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can diced tomatoes/green chilies
- 2 t sugar
- 2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/2 can tomato paste
- 1 T italian seas.
- 12 oz pasta
- 1/2 c chopped green onion
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/2 c parmesan
- 1/2 c cheddar
- 1/2 c mozzarella
Directions
- Cook mince in skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 mins. Drain.
- Stir in tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook 5 mins.
- Add tomato paste and italian seas. Simmer 30 mins.
- Cook pasta and drain.
- Combine pasta, sour cream and onions.
- Put pasta in bottom of baking dish, add beef then cheese.
- Bake covered with foil at 350F 35 mins. Bake uncovered 5 mins.
