Sweet and Sour Pork and Bok Choy

Ingredients

  • 6 oz pork loin in small strips (recipe used ground pork)
  • 1/4 c stock
  • 1.5 T soy
  • 1 T honey
  • 1 T rice vinegar
  • 1/2 T hot mustard
  • 1 t cornstarch
  • 1/4 t crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1/2 lb baby bok choy curt in quarters

Directions

  1. Stir fry pork and remove.
  2. Add vegetables and cook covered to wilted 2 to 3 mins.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and add to pan. Bring to boil and thicken.
  4. Add 1 T sesame oil and sesame seeds.
