Ingredients
- 6 oz pork loin in small strips (recipe used ground pork)
- 1/4 c stock
- 1.5 T soy
- 1 T honey
- 1 T rice vinegar
- 1/2 T hot mustard
- 1 t cornstarch
- 1/4 t crushed red pepper
- 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
- 1/2 lb baby bok choy curt in quarters
Directions
- Stir fry pork and remove.
- Add vegetables and cook covered to wilted 2 to 3 mins.
- Mix remaining ingredients and add to pan. Bring to boil and thicken.
- Add 1 T sesame oil and sesame seeds.
