Ingredients
- Beef for 2 meals cut in bite size pieces - London Broil okay
- Potatoes for 2 meals in chunks
- Carrots for 2 meals in chunks
- 1 pack onion soup mix
- 1 onion chopped
Directions
- Saute onions until soft. Remove.
- Sear meat over high heat a few chunks at a time.
- Return onions and meat to pan, add soup mix and 2 c water. Bring to boil then turn to low and cover. Simmer 1 hour.
- Add potatoes and carrots, return to boil, cook 30 mins.
- Can thicken stock if necessary with flour and water paste.
