Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (3.2)
- 3 teaspoons sugar-free instant banana cream pudding powder (0.9)
- 3/4 teaspoon banana extract (1)
Directions
- Whip together all the ingredients until soft peaks form. Divide into 2 serving dishes and refrigerate at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Variations:
- Use 2 t chocolate pudding and 1 t cocoa + 1 t vanilla extract.
- Use vanilla pudding instead of banana. Use 1-2 tsp. of sherry.
- With any of the above add 2-3 oz cream cheese.
