Banana Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (3.2)
  • 3 teaspoons sugar-free instant banana cream pudding powder (0.9)
  • 3/4 teaspoon banana extract (1)

Directions

  1. Whip together all the ingredients until soft peaks form. Divide into 2 serving dishes and refrigerate at least 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Variations:

  • Use 2 t chocolate pudding and 1 t cocoa + 1 t vanilla extract.
  • Use vanilla pudding instead of banana. Use 1-2 tsp. of sherry.
  • With any of the above add 2-3 oz cream cheese.
