Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh key lime juice
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 2 t grated key lime rind
  • 2 T sugar
  • crust

Directions

  1. Whisk egg yolks and add condensed milk, lime juice, lemon juice and rind.
  2. Beat egg whites at high speed, gradually add sugar. Fold into yolks mixture. Spoon into prepared crust
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 mins. until set and lightly brown. Cover and chill 8 hours.
