Crystal Light Cheesecake


  • 1 dessert pie crust
  • 1 c heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 container Crystal Light powder = 1 t powder
  • 4 oz. cream cheese at room temperature


  1. Whip together the cream and Crystal Light powder and add the cream cheese in small pieces. Blend well.
  2. Pour over the pie crust and refrigerate before serving.


  • You can use any flavour of Crystal Light that you choose. The Strawberry-Kiwi and the Peach-Raspberry both make excellent cheesecakes. Note that the taste of the lemonade powder is much more intense and therefore a smaller quantity of lemonade powder is used than for the other flavours.
