Pecan Pie

Ingredients

    • 1/6 c sugar
    • 1 T butter
    • 1 egg beaten
    • 1 T flour - self raising
    • 1/4 t salt
    • 1/2 t vanilla
    • 1/2 c white syrup
    • 1.25 c chopped pecans
    • pie shell

Directions

    1. Cream butter and sugar
    2. Add all except nuts
    3. Add nuts
    4. Pour into pie shell
    5. Bake 375 20 to 30 mins until firm
