Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 oz mushrooms canned, chopped
- 1/8 c finely chopped onion
- 1/8 c parmesan
- 1.5 t finely chopped green onion
- 1/8 t hot sauce
- 1/2 large egg
- 1/2 package frozen puff pastry thawed
- parchment paper
- 1 t pepper
Directions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in mushrooms, onions, parmesan and hot sauce. Cover and chill.
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Whisk egg with 1/2 T water.
- Roll pastry into 16 x 10" rectangle. Cut in half lengthwise. Spread each piece with cream cheese down center only.
- Brush edges with egg mixture.
- Fold over and pinch edges to seal. Cut into 10 pieces each half.
- Brush tops with remaining egg mixture and sprinkle with pepper.
- Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 mins until browned.
