Ingredients
- 1/3 c mayo
- 1/6 c diced apple
- 2 T celery diced
- 2 t diced onion
- 1/3 hard boiled egg
- 1/3 t lemon juice
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- 8 oz canned tuna in water
- 1 package frozen phyllo pastry shells - 15
- 4 Havarti cheese slices - deli - in small pieces to cover tartlets
Directions
- Combine all down to pepper and add tuna. Cover and chill 1 hour.
- Add mixture to pastry shells. Put on jelly roll pan and put cheese on top.
- Preheat broiler with rack 5.5" from heat. Broil 1 to 2 mins until cheese melted. Serve immediately.
