Gazpacho - Lisa

Ingredients

  • 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1/8 c oil
  • 1/8 c lemon
  • 1/2 jalapeno
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1 T onion
  • 1 garlic
  • Veggies to add as bits.

Directions

  1. Puree in blender.
  2. Add vegetables such as green or red pepper, onion, cucumber, avocado, celery.
