Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 T oil
  • 1 T flour
  • 1 T chile con abobo
  • 8 oz beef stock
  • 1 t chili powder

Directions

  1. Make roux with oil and flour.
  2. Slowly mix in stock.
  3. Add chile and powder and simmer until thickened.
