Ingredients
- 2 T lemon juice
- 3 garlic
- 2 T pine nuts (lightly toasted)
- 1 c lightly packed fresh basil leaves
- 4 to 6 T stock
- 1/2 t salt
Directions
- With food processor running, drop in garlic and allow them to chop.
- Add pine nuts and pulse to chop.
- Add lemon juice, basil and salt and 4 T of stock.
- Add up to 2 more T of stock, depending on consistency.
- Puree until smooth.
