Beef Curry
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak in half inch cubes (try 12 oz)
- 2 dessertspoon oil
- 1/4 cup onion chopped (3.45 - 0.7)
- 1/2 t cumin (0.45 - 0.1)
- 1/2 t ground coriander (0.5 - 0.25)
- 2 garlic cloves minced (2 - 0.2)
- 1 t ginger (1.3 - 0.2)
- 2 t turmeric (2.8 - 1)
- 1 t chili powder (1.4 - 0.9)
- 4 T sour cream (4)
- 5 fl oz water
- 1/2 t onion salt
Directions
- Fry onion in oil, turn up to high, add beef and brown.
- Add all spices and cook 1 minute.
- Add sour cream and water.
- Put lid on and cook on low for 1 3/4 hours.
- Remove lid and reduce sauce.
