Ingredients
- 1 cup Muscat Beaumes de Venise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 pears, peeled, cored and halved
Directions
- In a heavy pan boil wine and sugar. Lower heat and simmer 5 mins.
- Add lemon juice and pears. Cook for 10 mins over medium to low.
- Cool and refrigerate.
- Bring to room temperature before serving. Add a scoop of ice cream.
