Ingredients
- Chicken cut in strips
- 1.5 cup beansprouts (6.4)
- 1/4 cup spring onion (1.2)
- Snow peas (5.0)
- 1 T soy (1.0)
- 1 t sherry (0.5)
- Red pepper flakes
- 3 fl oz stock
Directions
- Fry chicken in oil, add beansprouts and snow peas and fry until tender. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Thicken before serving.
