Baked Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1 c chopped onion
- 3 garlics
- 1 c chopped green pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 can (28oz) tomatoes chopped
- 1 can (4oz) mushroon pieces
- 1 can (2.25 oz) olives sliced
- 2 tsp dried italian seasoning
- 12 oz spaghetti cooked
- 2 c (8oz) cheddar shredded
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
- 1/4 c water
- 1/4 c parmesan
Directions
- Saute onion, garlic and pepper in butter 'til tender. Add tomatoes, mush, olives and italian seasoning. Simmer uncovered until sauce thickens a little. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place half spag in greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Top with half veg mix then 1 c cheddar. Repeat layers.
- Mix soup and water and pour over. Sprinkle with parmesan.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 - 35 mins. until heated through.
