Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 c chopped onion
  • 3 garlics
  • 1 c chopped green pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 can (28oz) tomatoes chopped
  • 1 can (4oz) mushroon pieces
  • 1 can (2.25 oz) olives sliced
  • 2 tsp dried italian seasoning
  • 12 oz spaghetti cooked
  • 2 c (8oz) cheddar shredded
  • 1 can condensed mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1/4 c parmesan

Directions

  1. Saute onion, garlic and pepper  in butter 'til tender. Add tomatoes, mush, olives and italian seasoning. Simmer uncovered until sauce thickens a little. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place half spag in greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Top with half veg mix then 1 c cheddar. Repeat layers.
  3. Mix soup and water and pour over. Sprinkle with parmesan.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 - 35 mins. until heated through.
