Lemon Pepper Flounder

Ingredients

  • 1 T lemon rind
  • 1/2 T oil
  • 3/4 t peppercorns crushed
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 garlic
  • 2 flounder fillets

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Put flounder on oil baking sheet.
  3. Combine all except flounder and spread over flounder.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes.
