Ingredients
- 3/4 lb shrimp
- 2 oz bacon diced
Seasoning:
- 3/4 t thyme
- 3/4 t rosemary
- 1 garlic sliced thin
- 1 T oil
Sauce:
- 1/2 c stock
- 2 t lemon juice
- 2 T butter
Directions
- Marinate shrimp in seasoning at room temp. 30 mins.
- Fry bacon, remove all but 1 T bacon fat.
- Add shrimp and saute until cooked.
- Remove shrimp and bacon. Add lemon juice and stock to pan. Reduce by 1/2. Swirl in butter, melt and pour over shrimp and bacon.
