Sesame Hoisin Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 T hoisin
  • 1/2 T brown sugar
  • 1/2 T soy
  • 1/2 T rice vinegar
  • 1 t sesame oil
  • 1/2 t grated ginger
  • 1/8 t crushed red pepper

2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

Directions

  1. Coat salmon in cooking spray and place in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt.
  2. Comine other ingredients and pour over salmon.
  3. Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes.
