Ingredients
- 1 T hoisin
- 1/2 T brown sugar
- 1/2 T soy
- 1/2 T rice vinegar
- 1 t sesame oil
- 1/2 t grated ginger
- 1/8 t crushed red pepper
2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
Directions
- Coat salmon in cooking spray and place in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt.
- Comine other ingredients and pour over salmon.
- Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes.
