Mince Bolognese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mince
  • 1 T tomato paste
  • 3 fl oz red wine
  • 3 fl oz stock
  • some canned tomatoes - reduce stock if have lots of liquid
  • 1 t garlic salt
  • 1 T italian seasoning
  • 1 onion

Directions

  1. Heat oil and brown meat.
  2. Add onions and cook until tender.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 30 mins. on low.

Notes

Makes 3 servings - can double for 3 servings
