Ingredients
- 1 lb mince
- 1 T tomato paste
- 3 fl oz red wine
- 3 fl oz stock
- some canned tomatoes - reduce stock if have lots of liquid
- 1 t garlic salt
- 1 T italian seasoning
- 1 onion
Directions
- Heat oil and brown meat.
- Add onions and cook until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer for 30 mins. on low.
