Pasta with Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 2 large garlics minced
  • 1/4 t red pepper flakes
  • 2 dashes tabasco
  • 1/8 cup oil
  • 1/2 T marg.
  • 1/2 lb asparagus in 1.5 inch pieces
  • salt
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 1/8 cup parmesan
  • 4 oz penne cooked and drained

Directions

  1. Cook garlic, red pepper and tabasco in oil and butter for 2 - 3 mins.
  2. Add asparagus, salt and pepper, sauté until crisp tender - 8 - 10 mins.
  3. Add parmesan.
  4. Pour over hot pasta and toss.
