Ingredients
- 2 large garlics minced
- 1/4 t red pepper flakes
- 2 dashes tabasco
- 1/8 cup oil
- 1/2 T marg.
- 1/2 lb asparagus in 1.5 inch pieces
- salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1/8 cup parmesan
- 4 oz penne cooked and drained
Directions
- Cook garlic, red pepper and tabasco in oil and butter for 2 - 3 mins.
- Add asparagus, salt and pepper, sauté until crisp tender - 8 - 10 mins.
- Add parmesan.
- Pour over hot pasta and toss.
