Ingredients
- 1/2 green pepper sliced
- 1/2 red pepper sliced
- Onion chopped
- Pork chopped in thin strips
- 7 oz beef broth
- 1/2 t Thai curry paste
- flour to thicken
Directions
- Cook onions and pepper in oil for 3 to 4 mins. Remove.
- Coat pork in oil and saute 3 to 4 mins until browned.
- Add peppers to pan and broth and paste. Bring to boil and simmer over reduced heat for 8 to 10 mins.
- Thicken with flour as necessary
