Ingredients
- 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
- 3" English cucumber
- 1 large spring onion
- 1 very large red pepper
- 1/4 t salt
- 4 heavy shakes tabasco
- nonfat plain yoghurt - to 4.5 cups mark in blender
- More veggies to add as bits.

- Puree in blender.
