Gazpacho - Red Pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
  • 3" English cucumber
  • 1 large spring onion
  • 1 very large red pepper
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 4 heavy shakes tabasco
  • nonfat plain yoghurt - to 4.5 cups mark in blender
  • More veggies to add as bits.

Directions

  1. Puree in blender.
