Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb mince
  • 2 large onions chopped
  • 10 fl oz beef stock
  • 2 T flour
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • potato for topping

Directions

  1. Saute mince and drain excess fat.
  2. Add onions and soften.
  3. Add flour, then tomato, salt, pepper, stock, and Worcestershire.
  4. Top with potatoes and bake at 350 F for 30 mins.

Notes

  • Makes 4 servings
  • Can use zucchini or sliced potatoes on top
