Ingredients
- 1/2 c each parsley and cilantro
- 1/4 c oil
- 1/8 c white wine vinegar
- 1 garlic
- 1/2 t dried oregano, dried basil
- 1/8 t red pepper flakes
- 2 chicken breasts
Directions
Use half to marinate chicken and half as a sauce when chicken cooked. Bake or grill chicken.
