Crescent Wrapped Brie

Ingredients

  • 1 can 8 oz crescent dough
  • 1 round Brie cheese - 8 oz
  • 1 egg
  • Crackers and sliced apples and pears

Directions

  1. Separate dough into 2 squares and seal seams.
  2. Put brie in center of one square.
  3. Cut star shape for decoration out of each corner of remaining square.
  4. Place square over top of brie.
  5. Press dough evenly around cheese and fold bottom edges over top. Seal completely.
  6. Brush with egg.
  7. Top with cut outs. Brush with egg.
  8. Bake 350 for 20 - 24 mins and cool 15 mins before serving. Serve with crackers and apples and pears.
