Ingredients
- 1 large leek (17.6 - 2.2)
- 1 tbsp pesto (0.25)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (2)
- 2 oz mozzarella grated (2)
Directions
- Clean the leek and cut in 1/2 inch slices. Boil the leek for 5 minutes in salted water. Drain very well.
- Put the leek in a gratin dish.
- Mix the cream cheese and pesto and spread on top of the leek.
- Cover with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 400F for 20 to 30 mins.
