Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 oz plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 fl oz milk
  • 2 fl oz water
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 T dripping for roasting tin

Directions

Mix all. 425F.  11 x 7 tin.
Heat fat in tin. Add batter while tin on direct heat.
25 to 30 mins.
