Ingredients
- mariande for beef - use 1/2 standard recipe
- 10 oz steak cut in strips - used top sirloin
- 4 oz can mushrooms drained
- sliced peppers - red and green
- onion sliced
For sauce
- 3 T water
- 2 T soy
- 1.5 T honey
- 1.5 T garlic
- 1 t ginger
- 1/2 t cornstarch
Directions
- Marinate beef.
- Combine sauce ingredients.
- Drain beef and stir fry in oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
- Fry vegetables until tender then add beef to the pan. Stir sauce into beef mixture, continue stirring until thickened.
