Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • mariande for beef - use 1/2 standard recipe
  • 10 oz steak cut in strips - used top sirloin
  • 4 oz can mushrooms drained
  • sliced peppers - red and green
  • onion sliced

For sauce

  • 3 T water
  • 2 T soy
  • 1.5 T honey
  • 1.5 T garlic
  • 1 t ginger
  • 1/2 t cornstarch

Directions

  1. Marinate beef.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients.
  3. Drain beef and stir fry in oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
  4. Fry vegetables until tender then add beef to the pan. Stir sauce into beef mixture, continue stirring until thickened.

  • 1 meal for 2 people
