Egg Noodle, Spinach and Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb mince
  • 2 garlics
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1 26 oz jar spaghetti sauce less 1 yoghurt pot and 1/8 cup
  • 1 t italian seasoning
  • 5 oz cooked spinach
  • 1 1/3 cups (6 oz) shredded cheese - jack
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2/3 t garlic salt
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 3/8 c parmesan

Directions

  1. Cook beef, garlic, salt and pepper then drain and return to pan. Add sauce and seasoning.
  2. Combine spinach, cheese, sour cream, egg and garlic salt, fold in cooked noodles and put in lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan, top with beef.
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.

Notes

Serves 6 - freeze 2 portions or use for party dish - freeze before baking. Used blue outside bowl to freeze then transfered to bag. Reduced amount of noodles, cheese and spinach by 1/3 because too heavy.
