Ingredients
- 1.5 lb 93 % lean mince
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 t garlic powder
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 t cumin
- 1/2 c red wine
- 2 T worcestershire sauce
- 1 T splenda
- 1 14 oz can tomatoes drained and pureed
Directions
- Brown mince.
- Brown onions and carrot with 1/2 t salt.
- Add garlic, chili, cumin 1/2 t salt and 3/4 t pepper.
- Add red wine, tomatoes, worcestershire and splenda. Boil until sauce thickens - about 6 mins.
