Ingredients
- 1 large leek sauteed in 1 T marg
- 2 T pesto mixed with 1 T water
- 1 oz cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 T cream
- 1 savoury pie crust
Directions
- Put leeks in crust
- Whick egg and cream. Add cream cheese and pesto. Add 1 T water if necessary. Pour on leeks.
- Bake at 350F for 20 mins.
