Leek Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 large leek sauteed in 1 T marg
  • 2 T pesto mixed with 1 T water
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T cream
  • 1 savoury pie crust

Directions

  1. Put leeks in crust
  2. Whick egg and cream. Add cream cheese and pesto. Add 1 T water if necessary. Pour on leeks.
  3. Bake at 350F for 20 mins.
