Ginger Garlic Chicken Satay

Ingredients

  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1/2 T sesame oil
  • 1 garlic minced
  • 1/2 t ginger
  • 1/2 T lemon juice
  • 2 chicken breasts cut in 1/2 inch strips

Directions

  1. Mix all except chicken and marinate chicken for at least 1 hour.
  2. Thread onto skewers and bake at 375F for 15 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving or serve with peanut sauce.
