Ingredients
- 2 pork chops or slices
- 1/2 t garlic salt
- 3/8 t pepper
- 1/6 c balsamic vinegar
- 1/6 c stock
- 1 T oil
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 T capers
Directions
- Season pork with salt and pepper.
- Saute for 2 mins. each side in oil.
- Remove meat and bring stock, vinegar, tomatoes and capers to a simmer.
- Add meat and cook 4 - 5 mins. covered or until pork done.
