Tuscan Pork

Ingredients

  • 2 pork chops or slices
  • 1/2 t garlic salt
  • 3/8 t pepper
  • 1/6 c balsamic vinegar
  • 1/6 c stock
  • 1 T oil
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 T capers

Directions

  1. Season pork with salt and pepper.
  2. Saute for 2 mins. each side in oil.
  3. Remove meat and bring stock, vinegar, tomatoes and capers to a simmer.
  4. Add meat and cook 4 - 5 mins. covered or until pork done.
